Shipping Origin

Mahjelly orders may be processed and dispatched from fulfilment locations in Hong Kong or Australia, depending on product availability, inventory location, and the customer’s delivery address.

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different locations. If this occurs, you may receive more than one package and separate tracking numbers.

Customers cannot select the dispatch location unless an option is expressly provided at checkout.

A shipment’s origin address is not necessarily a return address. Do not return products to the address shown on a shipping label unless that address is specifically provided in your approved return instructions.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed at the applicable fulfilment location in Hong Kong or Australia.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. If a material processing delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery is:

• United States: approximately 7–10 business days
• Australia: approximately 7–10 business days

The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is generally 7–12 business days:

• Order processing: 0–2 business days.
• Shipping after dispatch: approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery estimates apply regardless of whether the order is dispatched from Hong Kong or Australia. Customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders dispatched internationally, including orders sent from Hong Kong to the United States or Australia, may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other government charges.

Orders dispatched domestically within Australia will generally not require import customs clearance for the customer.

Any taxes or duties collected by Mahjelly will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law and local customs requirements.

The dispatch location shown in tracking may differ between orders because fulfilment is based on inventory availability.

15-Day Return Period

We accept eligible return requests made within 15 days of the date your order is delivered.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Please include the original packaging and proof of purchase where available.

Before returning an item, contact us at mahjelly@outlook.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Mahjelly is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if:

• The product is faulty or damaged;
• You received the wrong product;
• The order is missing parts or components; 
• The product is materially different from its description.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

If we confirm that the product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or incomplete, Mahjelly will cover or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement parts, replace the product, or issue a refund.

Customer-Caused Damage or Loss

We cannot provide a refund, replacement, or compensation if a product is lost or damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorised modification, or other actions by the customer.

Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or differences between device displays are not considered defects when the product is otherwise consistent with its description.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is delivered to us, we will inspect it promptly.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 business day after we receive the returned product.

Your bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
